Here's the deal: I'm at school. I'm a high school sophomore. I just came into the library during lunch to fuck around for awhile. As I'm walking in, a guy dressed in a werewolf costume (full body, plus mask) is on his way out. The librarians stop him and make him take off his mask, claiming he could be seen as a terrorist.
It saddens me to know that in education Meccas throughout the country and the world, stupid people constistenly occupy positions of authority and influence.
Librarians. psh.

To avoid such confrontations and allow myself access to NSFWs, I always manage to strategically sit at a computer not only facing away from the main library, but toward the back where there is least room to be spied on from behind.

indoninja: I guess I wasn't clear enough. Talking is perfectly legal, and as far as I could tell he wasn't wreaking much havoc. Hell, he was LEAVING when they told him to take off his mask.

even if it was before sept 11th the librarian would have stopped him, you can't even make noises in the Library, so of course they are going to hassle a guy in a werewolf suit.

That and the thought of a terrorist walking around in a werewolf costume so as to to bring attention to himself is the funniest thing I've heard thus far today.

Why would a terrorist walk around in a werewolf outfit? Isn't the idea to inconspicuously infiltrate the infidels' world? A guy in a werewolf suit is a lot of things, but inconspicuous ain't one of 'em.
