As you may or may not know, PMJ started an ambitious project known as "Battle for Uber".
http://www.ubersite.com/m/53914 if you want to see for yourself. Basically, members of Ubersite (aka you) would take part in an interactive fantasy story in the land of Uber. Different factions ranging from beer-swilling warriors to vile demons would battle it out for control of the world.
For whatever reason, PMJ did not continue his with his idea, probably due to the sheer size of such an effort. I found great potential in this idea, and threw my hat in with a few short stories about some of the characters/ubersite members. Below is the shameless plug.

But that just isn't enough. So I'm asking you guys: should I take over? To be sure, I'd change a few things, but the basic concept would remain the same: people who sign up would determine their characters fate on the stregth or lack thereof of their posts. Good post ensure good outcomes, shitty posts would ensure embarrasing death.
So, I throw it out there for you all to ponder: would you like to see this idea continue, and if so, do you have any ideas or suggestions thereof?

For everyone else, I'll quickly summarize what I told Id.
Battle for Uber is not dead, it's just on hold. I really only surf Uber while I'm at work, and more specifically when I have time at work. You could even say, I come to uber when I'm bored at work.
Recently, I've been fucking swamped with shit to do. I haven't posted anything of realy substance in over a month, and it's because I just don't have time. I only really see that changing later in the Spring or in early summer. Until then, Battle for Uber is on hold.
However, I told Id to go ahead and write what he'd like concerning the story.

As long as it gets the okay from PMJ, then DO IT! I read all your contributions, and they totally rocked. I still have to reciprocate by writing one about your character...I have an idea for it too...
If you do continue, I humbly request that you change the names so they're more era-appropriate. You know, a mighty warrior who goes by Beer_Bong, for example, just doesn't sound right.

I love that idea, unfortunately I'm already a major character and will have zero time to post in the future. I have a shit load of school work coming up. I have SATs, two research papers, midterms, and just my regukar workload, and on top of that I have a girlfriend, a part-time job, and I do tutoring and take drum lessons on the weekend. I have fuck all time to write decent posts.
Go for it though. I was digging that whole thing. If i find the time I'll write something though.

Go for it. I honestly don't think PMJ intended to take on the full load, anyway. I think your styles would be different if you keep concentrating on the individual users, which will take much more time, instead of making chapters that encompass many characters. But whatever you wish.
