You all say you support freedom of speech.
Why the constitution of the United States felt that it was the most important of rights
That they made it the first amendment.

Maybe you do not agree with my support of the United States or President Bush

I post for balance, If not I fear that you would all think that your side is the only side out here.

I read all the posts of some and most of the news and politics.
Many of them are so outrageous I can hardly believe that you truly mean what you say.
However, I defended your right to be wrong, and paid with my own blood.
So Ill keep on posting here. Thank you.

Brian, while I applaud your service and patriotism, the old "my country right or wrong" paradigm does not work anymore. You must support your position with facts in an age where information is readily available to us all.
You speak of balance, but your posts are, in reality, anything but balanced. Rather, they are an exercise in the dissemination of misinformation and right-wing rhetoric which you attempt to present as fact. This is why, to put it bluntly, you are getting your ass flamed.
Do some research and get your facts in order before posting. Then, when the angry ubermob comes down the road, torches blazing and pitchforks waving, shouting "Kill the Monster!", you'll have something with which to defend yourself. Else, they will burn you down, bro. Take that from one who knows.
On the bright side, your writing has improved dramatically since your first posts, and I give you props for that. Keep working at it.

Hey, you spoke the truth! You'll never get anywhere in politics, either.
I've been supportive of just about every political post here in the last few days, even the ones I strongly disagree with. Hell, I'll give out positives just if it is written well. The only thing that threw me was the one by gbusman, and I went a little overboard on it. I regret that because it made me look like the same kind of animal as him. In any case, take a positive rating from an anarchist liberal - just for kicks...
