Then again, I have 7.0 and I'm not sure if CS has it.

Degreeless, i don't have photoshop. All my edited pics are done by MSPaint or Microsoft Picture It.
+2 Again Electro for giving me the gift to now make GIF's. I'll get that program tonight if i can.

I use a program called GIF Construction Set Professional. I first, draw everything in paint. (I do some pixel drawing (pixel by pixel) on a few things, like the sun and clouds, etc.) I then save out my images in order... (1.bmp, 2.bmp, etc)...then I load it in order, set a speed, etc.etc. and ba-boom.. done.
I think this is the fifth time I mentioned on how I make my Animated GIFs.
