Damn it. I have to admit to someone... I love making and eating pickled eggs!!
Hell, making them is the best part - - a little chemistry, right? The thing that I cannot grasp is getting the right spice mixture - at the present time - -and then the final result 5 or so days later...
Maybe some of you Bri - , erm, Britches - wankers(?) may lend a hand (after you wash..)?

Er - not after this!! Gee, I bet thisngets slammed!!!

Nice pic of some DAMN fine SPICY pickled eggs, I must say.
