(A) the answer...first your not American and you only know the garbage you read. However Ill help you understand. They what young people (under 40) to be able to put a small amount of their social security into privatized accounts similar to 401 k's
(B) As it stands, the current system will be in trouble as early as 2018,why you ask. People are just are living longer when social security was started people were only living to 56. Not 79.Also people aren't having big families "four or more kids" why is this important you ask? Well if you do not have more people paying into the system than are taking checks out of them. It eventfully runs out of money.
(C) I'm not saying Bushes plan is completely sound however he's trying to something and is open to ideas

HISTORICALLY speaking, African Americans were slaves, Native Americans were forced on to reservations, and disease was blamed on witchcraft.
