Holy shit, I do remember that Rocko episode with the rainbows. Ed Bighead was ashamed because he secretly liked clowns and was a clown (but only in secret, like hooking up with a dominatrix), and at the end, Rocko and Filburt and everyone were trying to convince Ed it's OK to have weird fetishes. It all ended with them trying to beat Rocko to death with a rake or something.
Filburt: "I have a thing for strange European undergarments!"
Rocko: "You know what I've always loved? Rainbows..."
