I considered the following:
shading -2
hard lines - 1
boobies + 2
age of artist (young, i'm guessing) +1
it looks like a very easy drawing. you got the form down nice. but then it looks like you just rubbed a blending stump around some of the hard lines. but then again, i don't know your age/experience level. i'm no picasso, but this could use work.
then again, it could have been a quick 5 minute sketch.
get back to me with those details and i will rerate accordingly (if it's even that important to you)

Did you use a photo or a real nude for this? I prefer a mixture of both...get them to pose how you want them to, get the lighting right, take a photo, then use that to draw. It's more considerate to your subject, and you can have some fun. Try to act like you are "surprised".
Next time, zoom in a little more with the camera and just capture the drawing...that's how I did both of my posts, no scanners involved.
