I'm going to Germany this summer for a year long scholarship...and I'm scared because I might be in a German law school and my German is RUSTY and my speaking was never that good. I read and hear very well considering. Anybody, specifically Hairsphincter or other German speakers or not so german speakers want to IM with a poor rusty bad speaking girl? I know how to curse and how to say nasty things, but I doubt I'll have much occasion to say them. If so, email me...ja, bitte.

he's right, you know. drink sits there behind his monitor and just smiles with satisfaction, knowing he's accomplished his goal of getting attention, because he can't get it in the real world. he doesn't mind that it's negative; at least it's attention and it's better than nothing at all. i want to defend sky here so bad because i think she's great, but i don't want to be another catalyst for drink's obsessive attention seeking. he's obviously lonely, but it's not our problem, so we don't need to help solve it by giving him this attention. he really needs to see a psychologist, instead. he's obsessed with people he doesn't even know. you people have to learn to just ignore him. oddzandendz stopped posting after we ignored him. it will work just the same with drink.

i'll speak german with you. i'm a little rusty myself, but we can help each other out. me and a friend of mine always get drunk and speak only german to each other. people at parties don't know what to think.

+2 for speaking a different language. i know 3 and am shooting for 4 more, so i know the pain of getting lost in different languages. its hard to remember how to say 'and' in greek when 'y' and 'et' come to mind right off the bat...

moron, cracking open a fucking book doesn't teach you how to SPEAK a language. If you removed your head out of your ass or had any culture or class whatever you might know this. I have a fucking reading list for this program. I'm trying to find people to chat with, meanwhile I go to conversation group meetings, read german books, etc.
