This post is so we can get an idea of how many spots to reserve. If you definatly plan on coming, say so. If you're a "maybe", you can say so, but you won't be figured in to the final count until you're a definate.
If you're a definate, and you back out, thereby costing me money, I will poke your eyes out with a snotty-rag.
We will be reserving sites on FRIDAY.

Shlongy, I will more than likely be out there in July. Trying to recoup the losses of a failed trip to Tunica (Gold Strike) in January for Jack Binion's World Poker Open.

(Psssst. I will not be inattendance but not because of the reasons that you would think. Since I have just started a new job back in March, I am KINDA limited to the standard "two weeks vacation". Mrs. Shlongy and I already have committted to two week-long vacations (Arizona in September; Caribbean in July, unless I decide to get into a World Series of Poker event) because she gets 4 weeks off a year. I still need to hold on to some wiggle room for my 3 day casino trips that I still will be taking I also have a 4 day golf tournament in October and as you can see, I'm already wayyyyyy over my supposed two weeks.)
But I really wanted to go climb into a Uber broad sammich.

11:00am (ish)- Wake up
12:00pm (ish)- Eat, drink, swim
until
4:00pm (ish)- Eat again, continue drinking
6:00pm (ish)- Start the campfire
11:00pm (ish)- Chill
Plus there is canoee rental, paddle boat rental, jet skii rental, etc etc etc...
Last time I stayed at this campground I do believe that we stayed up until 1am. If we get our energy out earlier, 11 can easily be sit around the fire and chill time.

Paula, max per site is 4 people... so if we have 22 people going (give or take... An inside source says Helmut Cat is out, due to litter circumstances, and I doubt shlongy is coming, I was just taking Urbanes word for that), 6 sites should be pleanty.
There are still a ton of sites open right now, I'm thinking maybe that back corner, site 153 area would be good.
Jared and I figured the only real way to pay for this would be to have everyone pay pal me 25 bucks, and I'll reserve the sites.
Once you paypal, you're IN. No Refunds. If you pay and then can't go, sorry... I'll send you a cookie or something, but it's your own ass. Plus it's only 25 bucks.
As far as trusting me to use the money the right way... I dunno. You have my info, including cell number... and Herpes knows where I live... and... I think you can insure paypal purchases.
ANYWAY... if you want to paypal me now, use cornnugget.at.gmail.com and send your money in. I will be posting a "formal" (hardy har har) post tomorrow. Entry ends FRIDAY.
We will be reserving sites on FRIDAY. If you can't pay up by then, you better let me know, and we'll see what we can do.
Obviously, this 25 dollar number is based on 22ish people. If more or less come, then you may be paying more or less money. If you pay $25 bucks now, and things change, I'll give you your change when I see you. (and obviously, if less people come, you may have to pay a few more bucks... which, unless it's a crazy amount, I can probably wait until you get here to collect on).

Corinne, sites can be very small. If you have (didnt do the math)
5 people per site there may be 2 or three tents. You may want to see how many
tents can fit to a site. also are they all togerther?
will we be obnoxious to the other campers or are we isolated?

I am starting to think that my ignorance knows no bounds. It took me a good five minutes to figure out which general region Michigan is located in, and it wasn't until I looked on a map that I knew exactly where it was.
Jeez you miss out on so much pop culture references and general geography when you aren't born in the US. I went to high school here and I still didn't know where it was.

I know someone is from Chicago if they say "bag" in that midwestern accent... I probably have it myself, as people have often repeated the word "wiscaaaansin" after I say it. And I'm like, "What the fuck? WISCONSIN. Right... I said it right." And they'll say it again "Wiscaaansin". Ugh.
