The theory that life is all a dream sometimes becomes very real to me.
I think I've dreamt my way through the past two hours:
First, I avoided the looming duty of Garbage Day by practicing my signature on my mousepad for twenty minutes.
I followed that by punching the names of everyone I know into google and seeing what comes up.
I discovered that there are more "Nicole Chan's" in the world than I care to imagine.
Also, it occured to me that if I ever want to run for a political position, I better pray that ubersite closes down; it would expose my fucking idiocy.
More bizarrely, someone had imputted my name and email into a database for "ex-girlfriend pictures."
Creepy.
Creepier though, the thought that that's exactly the sort of thing I would do in a solitary hour of internet boredom.
I searched people's names that I'd only met in passing, or heard about; popular people and talented athletes.
I think it's a little bit profound; the simultaneous interconnectedness and anonymity of the net.
Anyways, I realized that despite the fact that I was interested in it, I deemed myself to be a massive tool for spending so much time being a "loser" and looking at people's shit when they don't even know me.
I assume.
I wonder if anyone searches for me?
I opened my window then, and I had to go for a run.
You wouldn't believe how fresh the night air was; even on a busy street, it was empty and sweet.
I mildly jogged around the block, wearing only my baseball pants and ragged shoes.
God, I love New Summer.
Then I ruined my night by going on ubersite and writing some drivel.
Oh, Ford! Time to sleep.
