Slop onto the page like tar. I, the author, an author, a self, centered. A child transfixed on the whiteness of the page, hands trembling from suspension by arms being suspended by knees, from gravity. From now on. An author to convey the gravity of the empty page. I imagine that I see grey splotches and waves upon it, due to the black border of the monitor, and try to focus. Focus, man, there is no grey area. It's all black and white.

Arms shaking at knuckles bending, striking keystrokes. Stiff, unlike in the palm that caresses her thigh in the mind's eye. I liked this. Reminds me of someone. Reads like a prose poem, which maybe you were going for. But, maybe you could write the story how it is, how you see it?
