I have been in the need of a part time job for a couple months now. My previous jobs have been for overly big retail stores with a couple hundred employees each and dense managers. To get away from that. I need the perfect job, but not in terms of job satisfaction, making a difference or getting to be your own boss. I want a boss that I can respectfully walk all over and have them love me for it.
My idea of getting the perfect job is by working at a small buisness and have the owner or manager be a middle aged woman or man. More likely an older woman because their ovaries will melt for just about anyone who reminds them of one of their kids or anyone who they wouldn't mind being one of their kids. Who does their best to establish themselves as a Mother/Father figure in my life. The perks would be flexible hours that work for me, no problems getting raises, no older workers feeling threatened, best of all getting away with all sorts of laziness and bullshit. The only down side would be having to respect or at least giving the right reactions to someone, who consistently and completely opens themselves up by saying stupid and unintersting things to start out conversations.

"The only down side would be having to respect or at least giving the right reactions to someone, who consistently and completely opens themselves up by saying stupid and unintersting things to start out conversations."
Now I wave my magic wand,like so... <swish swoosh>
And presto! What have we here? Why, I do believe its the definition of irony!
i·ro·ny Audio pronunciation of "irony" ( P ) Pronunciation Key (r-n, r-)
n. pl. i·ro·nies
1. The use of words to express something different from and often opposite to their literal meaning.
2. An expression or utterance marked by a deliberate contrast between apparent and intended meaning.
So, now that we have that down, lets re read what you started off your post (aww heck, for the fun of it, lets call it a 'conversation' shall we?) ok?
"I have been in the need of a part time job for a couple months now." Ok, so I'm mildly interested, I think you are about to tell me why you were unemployeed, so I act interested hoping that will coax a little more story.
"My previous jobs have been for overly big retail stores with a couple hundred employees each and dense managers." Big retail stores and dense managerial staff are pretty much redundent, but I'm now thinking that possibly one of these drones did something hilarious to get you fired. Reaction showing now, 'understanding.'
"To get away from that. I need the perfect job, but not in terms of job satisfaction, making a difference or getting to be your own boss. I want a boss that I can respectfully walk all over and have them love me for it." Ok, now this is just what you need to tell yourself in the mirror. I don't really care. Current reaction, 'taking a dump and wiping with warm baby wipes.'
Then I perused through it because I lost intrest and really wanted to jerk off instead.
Now, what was that you were saying about trying to give the right reactions to some one saying something stupid and uninteresting?
