Nice ride.
Don't take no shit about the gauges, either.
Anyone who owns or races one of these knows the factory gauges are a little...uh... 'inaccurate', to say the least. A set of Autometers are nice to have.
BTW, your 1/4 mile estimates are probably about right.
My '87 runs mid to high 12's depending on the day and the track, and it's built pretty much like yours, with the exception that mine's minus all of it's sound and heat insulation. It's a bit warm and loud inside, but it does help bring down the weight, as well as the E.T's.
(Too bad I don't live in the US. A pair of 87's would look nice in my garage.....)
Anyway, don't sell it too cheap!

The pedals are identical... They have to be, or people wouldn't be able to drive rental cars when they went on holiday to a foreign country.
The side of the road you drive on is immaterial; The difference between pressing the clutch and the accelerator is phenomenal.
