Hi Uber,
I have a sudden urge to ask something.
Let me give you some bckground. I am an Indian, in India. Travelled across the Globe. Work for one of the biggest corporations. The politics in India is no different from that at the U.S of A. Atleast thats what I leanrt from Farenheit 9/11.
The much awaited Question: If in India and in U.S.A we have all the time in the world to come up with The American Idol / The Indian Idol, Why the FUCK can't we elect good caretakers of the FUCKIN nation ? Why do restrict our search only to fulfil our lust for entertainment? Why do we have a blind eye towards the fact that the country is being stripped off our tax money and the same is being fulled in a war thats not even ours. Tsunami ? My ASS. India was self sufficient to manage its own people. Why was AMERICAN money taken away to donate here ? HUH !!! Guys, i think both countries believe in stripping us off under various reasons.
Your answers will be much appreciated.

The answer is that people don't care about what is going on outside of their immediate sight. Politics is not entertaining, so most people don't pay any attention to it. If they were paying attention, they wouldn't be trying to close the proverbial barn door after the horse got out.

Why? Because we simply can. It wouldn't surprise me if more people voted in the American Idol thing than the election last year. Entertainment is one of the many great illusions they offer us. We love it because were told to love it, In return it makes us feel like were not alone. It makes us feel like waking up with hopes of seeing "What's on". That's why i'd guess there might be a high suicide rate for saturday, cause there's usually nothing on t.v. saturday. But anyways, i'd get more into it if I weren't so tired, but you have your point and because your point isn't quite all that "Well Put" you wont get a lot of good ratings here.

I fucking hate how indians and sikh stare at people in transit or in the streets?
Is it a cultural thing to try to intimidate people (and fail to do so) with big mean eyes?
