I have a problem...
At my place of business I'm surrounded by a Kabal of idiots... That is frustrating enough but what really makes this worse is the the "Powers That Be" up on their "Mount Olympus" can't seem to figure this out and everytime we have a chance to hire someone really competent we miraculously decide to go the other way and hire the stupidest mutherfucker who applied for the job!
What kills me is that my dispostion is not one that lends itself to being able to swallow bullshit and deal with stupid people with voicing my opinion... In the end, if you act the a fucking retard around me expect to hear me call you one...
So on to the subject of this post how to Classify every member of the human race...
People can all be placed in one of four areas on a grid... Now I have a assignment for you which involves said Grid
Step one: Draw a box
Step two: Bisect said box by drawing a vetical line for the middle of the bottm of the box to the middle of the top.
Step three: Bisect siad box again from the middle of the right side to the middle of the left.
You should now have a grid. If not your a fucking moron and you should stop reading now.
Step four: in the lower left corner, more to the left than the bottom write the word stupid.
Step five: in the lower left corner, more to the bottom than left write the word "inactive"
Step six: in the upper left corner write the word "Smart"
Step seven: in the lower right corner write the word "Active"
It should, when your done, look a little like this

In-active ----------> Active
Basically everyone you know falls on this grid in some place.
For example I'll put myself on the grid by marking my spot with a "T". Basically what this means is that I consider myself fairly active, and of slightly above average intelligence.
I've also marked another spot on the grid for Bob the retard. He is marked with a "B".
Bob isn't very bright, but he also isn't particluarly active so he doesn't cause any problems.
I've marked my Management with an "M" Classifyign them as active and stupid which goes without saying as possibly the worst classification at all.
