If you're using a version of Windows earlier than XP, then sometimes it screws up on Ubersite. Here's how to fix it:
Go to Start->Shutdown->Restart in MS-DOS Mode
It will boot to the command prompt (C:\>). Type "format C:" (no quotes!) and hit "Enter." You will get a message, press 'Y' and "Enter" again. This process will take anywhere from fifteen minutes to an hours, depends on the...number of posts you have on Uber. When its finished, restart the computer and you should be able to post fine again!
