I've discovered how to feel like a 15 year old again. All I needed to do was quit smoking for a few months. See, I used to smoke upwards of three packs a day for a few years. Well, all through college and most of high school, to be exact. However, when I got out, I decided to join the local fire department, and in my area, emergency services personell are forbidden from using tobacco products of any kind - the medical insurance was getting too expensive. I stopped cold turkey on 01 January 2005. It was rough, because I got lucky that New Years, and it was the first time I couldn't have a post-coital smoke in seven years.
The secret to time travel, however, is to quit for a few months, and then have a really bad day and bum a cheap-ass Newport off of a kid hanging around outside of my apartment building. One drag, and BAM! - you feel like you're 15 again - lighthead, dizzy, and just a little guilty. I swear, I looked over my should to see if my mom was sneaking up behind me.
I also had the wierd urge to track down my old super nintendo, but that could just be my general geekiness overriding my common sense.

Cigarettes make my hair smell like a casino. They're so nasty!

I promised my wife that I'd quit before I turn 30. I have until Friday.
