Well, it's been almost a year working here. I can't say that it hasn't been fun. Well, actually I can. As much as I like walking in the door every day, and being berated for not doing things that you never told me to do; I can think of oh I don't know maybe a thousand ways that the situation could have been handled better.
I did so love how if you had to answer the phone, you would get all pissy and throw around more and more work for me to do, because god forbid you have to do your job.
I also loved the way how you would stockpile work for me to do, as a punishment for taking a sick day. That was the best!
My favorite of all things was when you wouldn't even wait until I was off of the phone with a customer to bring up these grievances with me. Nothing screams professionalism like your customers hearing you bitch at me about some meaningless detail I've forgotten.
Every time you opened your mouth, I heard "Nick did you get the memo about the cover letters on the TPS reports? See the thing is we're using the new cover letters and you didn't put the new cover letter on it. This is a problem; I'll send you over another copy of the memo."
So many days' I'd wished I was Peter Gibbon, floating through life not giving a fuck. But today on this very special Thursday, July 14, 2005 I have a very special message for you.

Hehehehehehe. In real life, my mom dated the boss in Office Space, what was his name?, for a year in college. Gary Cole is his real name. That role is too funny. Although I didn't like seeing him pork Jennifer Aniston with the coffee cup in his hand. Was kind of creepy for me...

I am pretty well compensated for my time here. Along with playing poker, I do about 7-9 minutes of actual work every day. It's tuff.
