So last week I drove from Montréal back to my hometown. It felt good. I shot a beaver, got drunk...all in all was retarded. Being a redneck is mind liberating.

We shot the beaver because it was flooding a road. They are over populated.

The difference between you and me is that I don't post on a daily basis.
And I certainly don't post about my day and the small problems I encountered or my errands.
This post was mainly for the last picture as stated in this post. Since I don't post too often, I felt like sharing a few pictures of a trip which is, I believe, slightly more interesting than your daily report.

Everybody can have that disease. The carrier rate is just higher. It's moderatly high with Irish Americans as well. Not because we're an inferior race as I suspect you thought first my dear Gobbels. Jews, Cajuns and French-Canadians and probably Australians as well are all relatively small population who struggled for survival which did create some cases of in-breeding and therefore raised the average of genetic diseases.

The forest is public and companies buy logging rights. I suppose they own the roads, never really thought about that. This place however was a Z.E.C. (Zone Écologique du Canada (tr?)) so I don't know how they manage to get in there when we must pay fees just to pick up fish.

I think it's 12'. With a small 9.9 motor. It's small but more than enough for fishing. I know you americans would probably torpedo the lake with a nuclear submarine or drain the lake dry and drive over the helpless fish with M1 Abrahams but hey, whatever floats your boat (shitty pun intended).

Actually, my friend has a 15' boat that we fit 3 people on. What a fucking disaster. A 15 Horsepower motor and three people in Lake Erie makes for a good time.

1- Whenever I visit my dad (near a lake outside Perth, Ont.) I have a great time... same kinda country.
2- That shot of what I assume is morning mist on the lake is very good. You should clean it up and frame it.
