Had more than a few suggestions on the first installment of what may become a series, so here's number TWO.

Yes, I know I didn't include all suggestions, which meant either:

1. I didn't have time
2. I didn't feel like it
3. Your suggestion blew Moose Cock. Live with it.

As I was traipsing about Wal-Mart the other day the $7.50 DVD rack caught my eye. I saw there the quitessential bad 80's movie. I had to have it. Quickly grabbing the DVD from the rack I clutched it to my chest like Gollum holding his Precious. Scurrying (again, much like the aforementioned Gollum) to the checkout (and forgetting the cart full of groceries I left by the DVD rack) I threw a twenty dollar bill at the cashier as I ran out of the store.

After being stopped by security when the anti-theft alarms started going berzerk, I was led back to the cashier, collected my change and got the DVD case de-magnetized. Then I left the store shamefacedly.

The treasure I worked so hard to get?

Beastmaster, baby.

Oooooooh yeah.

---------------------

Oh FUCK YEA! Beastmaster fucking RULES!

I miss the age of the hero fantasy. It was a good genre. Where did it go?

This is Fargin' war!

Also, if you're to be doing a series on '80s flicks, may I suggest John Carpenter's, "The Thing."

Although I don't blame Micael J. Fox one bit for stalking down Helen Slater. I STILL think of doing that. I wonder what the fuck happened to her?

I admit I've seen 'em all - more than once - and this particular batch of shit (The Money Pit being the exception) is seemingly listed in some kind of order, from hilarious to shitty.

Howard the Duck- how bad was that? Sitting there, preying that Lea Thompson would give us a look at those titties.

Howard the Duck...

OH man...

When she acts like she wants to sleep with the duck...

I'll admit, I jerked to that when I was like, 12... Now, I'm so ashamed...

With the exception of "One Crazy Summer" these movies all sucked ass. Even "Summer" was pretentious and shitty, but still kinduvfunny.

Anyway, thanks for making me feel even older than I already do, shithead.

It's amazing, I too used to watch Howard the Duck all the time. I saw it on a movie channel a couple of days ago and started dry heaving. It was that bad. I wanted to slap the shit out of my younger self.
