I just walked through my sunporch into my house and as I was doing so noticed that my plants are dying from inattention.
I couldn't give a rats ass. I care less about those plants right now than I do about the price of wicker baskets in Tanzania. I just spent four hours in the emergency room and I'm not in the best of moods.
Fuck that Golden Porthos. I almost went postal on the plants with my crutch.
Oops. I'm getting ahead of myself.
Anyway, this is an exercise in procedure. Namely: How best to go about having a day that will forever be burned into your memory as the WORST you ever lived.
You TOO can have a REALLY FUCKING BAD DAY if you but follow these simple steps.
#1 Wake up hungover and feeling ill. Nothing starts out a shitty day quite like vomiting up your morning coffee.
#2 Start out by running late. Find an amusing reason to do so, like losing your wallet. Take a half an hour looking for it, hoping that you didnt leave it at the bar. When you DO find it, make sure you do so in a clever place: under a magazine on the coffee table for example. Spend the next 5 minutes berating yourself and yelling at the cat.
#3 Arrive at your meeting to find that the people you were supposed to actually MEET have fucking left, despite the fact that they had told you 20 minutes earlier that they would wait.
#4 During the 45 minute drive to your next appointment, make a few calls. Here's a good one: Phone the asshole that stiffed you on a 700 dollar design job a week ago and who is now not returning your calls. Leave a voice mail. Threaten him, scream, tell him you fucked his wife before he met her, whatever. It'll put you in a very appropriate mood for what comes next.
#5 Arrive at your photo shoot camera in hand, only to find that the person who referred this particular model to you is either blind, criminally stupid or playing some kind of sick fucking joke. Take some pictures of the ugliest skank in the known universe ANYWAY, because to do otherwise would be rude.
#6 When halfway home, reallize that you have left your cell phone at the skanks house. Return, fetch it and start over. Call the blind idiot on your way. Inquire with a heartfelt "what the fuck" exactly he thought he was doing.
#7 This is KEY. When about 5 minutes from home, lunch and cold beer, get rear ended at a stop light by someone going 45 miles an hour. MAKE SURE that the person who hits you is drunk, uninsured and a WOMAN.
#8 Spend your afternoon in the ER. Come home with a concussion, a torn to fuck leg, 30 some stiches and 2 cracked ribs.
#9 Take a Xanax, it will blend beautifully with the pain pills.
#10 Post the whole thing on Uber and enjoy the -2's.

I'm going to try to rank this item according to what I feel fits it best. in this case, I can hardly call this article a "kicker of all ass", although it did kick the shit out of jimbo's ass. nor can I say it made me smile. However, I do believe it was worth reading, and although I have seen better, to give poor jimbo a -1 would only complicate his healing process.

Rock on. I've been having a bad week in general, so at least know there are others having lamer days than you.
Sunday: Quit job. Monday: Get yelled at nonstop for quitting job. Friend who spent the entire night out with me gets in wreck 7 minutes after leaving my house, head on, going 75 miles per hour. Kills 3 people and ends up in wheelchair. Tuesday: Break up with girlfriend 10 days before 1 year anniversary. Wednesday: Suck.
