It's an Internet term for avoiding writing out an inappropriate word by replacing a single letter of the word with a symbol (ie shi+ or d@mn). It allows the word to slip through the censor on stupid message boards with a banned word list.
Regardless, this was wrought with all sorts of stupid. Go back to being funny. Like that first post.
