I would have given you a +2 but you lied. I hated She-Ra you dork, why tell people that I kept you from watching G.I. Joe when I liked it just as much as you did?
Optimus Prime's death still makes me a weepy bitch too.

Also, this is relevant.

**Correction** Chick was Gozer not Zuul
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Was it? Are you sure? I think she was Zuul.
I remember a female uttering the line there is no Dana, only Zuul.
Oh shit! Zuul was the gatekeeper (cunt) and that other spoon, the neighbour was the cock (key master) So you're right; the clingfilm cock-tease was Gozer.
*Sit in wonderment*
*Looks at dead Optimus Prime*
*Breaks down*

Maybe I did make it up. I could have made the mad cash with that idea.
Yeah, I've never heard of "The Raccoons"

It's not setting off any bells for me, I don't think I know that one, was it mainstream or was it just for your part of the world?
For Example, I am pretty sure one of the cartoons I grew up watching "The Racoons" was only on in Canada

And Gummy Bears, Chip & Dale's Rescue Rangers, Duck Tales, the list is almost endless, that time was the pinacle of Saturday morning cartoons

That would be He-Man, GI Joe, Transformers, Speed Racer, Fraggle Rock, Inspector Gadget, Tom & Jerry.

Well, now you're getting into actual movies.
I guess if we want to stick to the hate in the 80's theme, how about all the good cartoons on
Saturday morning broadcast TV that gave us unrealistic expectations that Sat. morning would
always kick ass?

No, I just hate Reinhold because his career went in the shitter. He was in a handful of truly great movies, then he was in about 600 shitty movies.

I was taking a guess that maybe Gremlins was where you were taking the Judge Rienhold comment.
I still remember Cloak and Dagger being the shit.

Have to include "Teen Wolf" if we are talking about movies that I loved as a kid, and "Explorers"

I have never been able to sit thru the entire movie "Grease" before, I know it's a classic to alot of people, it just never did it for me.
The only other movie I have a clear memory of seeing with my father when I was young was Beverly Hills Cop, My mom freaked out about that one when she found out.

I would love to see that on the big screen now, but there's no way I could
have handled it then. The first movie I saw at the drive in was Grease. I liked the
cartoon during the credits and fell asleep through the rest.
Little did I know the genius of Travolta.

Ghostbusters was one of the first movies I ever saw in the theatre, and definitley the first one I remember going to with my Father. Nothing but pure awesomeness, scared the shit outta me though, and I thought that the ZUEL chick at the end covered in the soap was the sexiest fucking thing I ever saw.

I remember the commercial for Ghostbusters scared the living shit out of me. The thought of being slimed was terrible. I think I equated it with having to help my father deliver pigglets and calves.

I liked Max Headroom, Matt Fewer kicked ass.
And ignoring the fact that Optimus' paint turned black when he died, how in the hell did those glass eyes of his close?
