People like to make fun of the French as "cheese eating surrender monkeys," laughing at the fact that France surrendered to Germany on June 22, 1940 after a campaign of 43 days.
What about some of the other "surrender monkeys?" Why doesn't anyone make fun of:
The Danes:
Invaded April 9, 1940
Surrendered April 9, 1940
0 days!
The Dutch:
Invaded May 10, 1940
Surrendered May 15, 1940
5 days
The Belgians:
Invaded May 10, 1940
Surrendered May 27, 1940

Isnt France like larger than Germany? Well before it took everything in Europe over and they got spread apart like a cheap whore in a gang bang...
Basically thats what it was like... 4 (maybe 3 cause I cant remember... I fell asleep in that class) Countries had at it with Germany and split the whole thing amongst themselves... Just like a gang bang...

Possibly it's the fact that all three of those countries are so small that added together they're still not 1/10th the size of Germany, whereas France is very large?

Hm yes I have a nice little debate going on with Parth in another post... Oddly enough the original post had nothing to do with French nor their war prowess... Somehow it turned to French sucking (I think they suck)
