Do you remember the time the world was ending?

There were sirens and in general lost of noise outside.

So I said to you: "The world is ending. Make it stop."

So you ran out onto my front porch, barefoot,
and yelled:

STOP!!!!

And, the funniest thing.... It did.

Now, this is sad, but. I don't remember who you were.

I know you're not the same person now that you use to be.

But I honestly can't remember who either of you are/were.

So, when I said "do you remember?" I meant it.

Which one of you stopped the apocalypse?

Not bad, especially considering the 100 word limit you had to work with. I liked it.

A friend of mine and I have a competition going to see who can write a better story using exactly one hundred words. It was harder than I thought it would be, but I want to know how Uber thinks it came out. Let me hear the criticisms.

You know, Moe, my mom once said something that really stuck with me. She
said, `Homer, you're a big disappointment,' and, God bless her soul, she
was really onto something.
