If any one is on a school or work computer with certain pages blocked, it is most likely done in a way that one can over-ride by using an alternative proxy. I've provided the following so that you can do this.
Go to http://www.cgip.ath.cx When it asks you for a user, put in 'cgip' When it asks you for a pass, put in 'ath.cx' You will be able to use that to browse and it won't be stopped by the security on the computer.
If this doesn't work, they're almost certainly doing it through the browser, so all you have to do is download mozilla firefox and make an attempt with that. If that and the proxy toghether don't work, come tell me what happens, and I'll do further research.
