I had a horrible day today. I had to go get shots. Three. One for tetanus, one for measles and mumps, and one for hepatitis B. They hurt. A lot. But I have to say a shot is better than the alternative. Damn public school.
I also realized that the gas prices will soon be skyrocketing, and I'll actually have to pay the same price the rest of the world pays - Four dollars.
Along with that, I've just "got over a cold." I can tell because my nose is doing that thing where it's running, but still burns like hell, which makes me want to snort Vaseline.
A tree fell on my mother's car after a bolt of lightning struck it, and my car has an estimated two thousand dollars of damage after yesterday's freak hailstorm, not to mention my brother is in the hospital, now, after catching salmonella from not-thoroughly-cooked chicken.
I discovered that I'm allergic to black mold this morning in the shower. Oh, wait; it's the deadly kind, regardless of allergies. I also found out that snake bites hurt like fucking hell, regardless of if they're venomous or not.
There's a family of rats living in my roof, and I can hear them scurrying around at night. This morning, I found a hole in my only pair of my shoes, and got to deal with no sole. For a day. And I stepped in a puddle. That covered my ankles.
However, regardless of my day, puppies make everything better.

when I was 17 it would have been impossible to do $2000 dollars worth of damage to my car, seeing as the whole car cost £400. It was a mini and it was brilliant. Sold it for £1000 to some unsuspecting Americans too.

I'm disappointed you made all this up apart from the "shots" (sorry, makes me laugh, they're called injections here). Wanted someone else to share my PAIN of rats scurrying around in the roof! I swear, one of them was tearing up paper the other day!
