All your base are belong to us = I have beaten you/I am better than you. Other words with similar meaning would be pwned or owned. Also you can use other things like All your Base are Belong to Berty for example. The saying was originally spawned on some random message thread on some random board, it was a discussion about a very old game on the SEGA Megadrive (Or Genesis if your from some third world country) which had a very poor Japenese>Enlgish translation. Other classic lines include "They have set us up the bomb" and "Go forth, ziggy, for great justice."
ATTN GHEY MENZ = Attention gay men. You'd have to be missing a few chromosomes to not get that you freak.

"All your base are belong to us" comes from the text of a video game (forget which one), and is a result of poor translation. People thought it was funny so it became popular, kind of like "what the hell man if they are comin at you..."
