These two fucknuts preside over the most corrupt city in America (and that includes D.C.).
It has been the murder capital of the fucking planet for how many years?
How are you in charge of a city that sets below sea level surrounded by a lake, the biggest river in the country, and the fucking Gulf of Mexico all in an area prone to hurricanes and your police department doesn't own one fucking boat? Any retard could have looked at this situation and realized that it was only a matter of time before the city was under water.
Of course, now the Federal nanny will have to come in and clean up the mess and take the blame while doing so.
And they claim that the stranded are shooting at their rescuers because they are frustrated because they have been stranded for four days. It's more likely that homie is sitting on a stash of looted booty and wants to wait it out so he doesn't lose his stolen stuff.
And by the way, why is everyone freaking out because people are being robbed murdered and raped on the flooded streets of New Orleans? All of these crimes were rampant before the flood.
It's time too see the mayor and police chief's heads on a stick.

Shut the fuck up! The police and mayor are doing all they can. The feds fucked up, like they always do. All those pieces of shit, who cheered for the Iraq war (not saying you did Flak) bleating out bullshit about liberating poor Iraqis (oh such compassionate souls you where) seem to have changed their stance now, help and compassion are not needed now, not when you can preach about responsibility (that's your fucking answer for everything).

Good point... If there are no gunshots, people in New Orleans can't even go to sleep at night. Violence is always bad there...
I'd like to think of the dickhead with the idea of cramming all those blacks into one building all together. Has anyone ever been to a rap concert? "Anarchy" would describe those as well...and in my younger, more stupid days, I thought it would be fine for me to go there. Needless to say, I left early.
OF course there are those people in here who will always lay blame where the blame doesn't belong, forgetting it comes down to that individual responsible for their own actions... Fuck them, fuck Jessie Jackson, Fuck Al Sharpton, Fuck everyone on welfare (black or white), and ...if you don't like it, FUCK YOU.

Dude, you think ANY PD, leven ones that are on the COAST have enough boats to do any good?
Also, The mayor calling out FEMA, basically saying "fuck waiting for your reports from your staff, turn on a fucking TV, or open up a fucking webpage" is brilliant. The man is mayor for life now. He could run for governor and win HUGE.
Also, the murder capitals of the US are Detroit and DC.

There isnt much the mayor could do. He ordered people out and doesnt have a limitless budget to do what he pleases. He has to beg the governor for money and so on and so forth. The mayor has been trying to get the money from the federal government to upgrade the levee system for years, and to no avail.

You are correct, New Orleans has not been the "Murder Capital" since '94 but their per capita numbers are close.

Actually, Gary (Indiana) was the murder capital for a while. Now it's Chicago. (http://www.cnn.com/2004/US/01/01/city.murders.ap/) Actually, New Orleans isn't even in the top three. I suppose if you were mayor, you would have made murder illegal, right? And probably raised the entire city above sea level because you would have known that something like this was going to happen, and you would have known that your levees, built to sustain the forces of a cat3 hurricane, would fail. Give him and his law enforcement officers a break.
MSNBC is reporting, however, that many officers are actually turning in their badges, and that there are a lot of pissed off black folk. Now I'm not one to be racist, but I believe all of the white people had TV's and so realized that they should get the hell out, while the black folk thought that the white devils were *giving* them the city as reparations.
And apparently the speaker of the house wants to know if the Federal government should help rebuild the city. I should think the LA reps are none to happy about that.

was wondering about that, I think most every single person seen still in the streets in the news clips has been black. whether they make up most of the population, I don't know, but even if that was so it doesn't explain why there are no white invalids who couldn't be moved.
