I'm proposing a contest and series of sorts.
Here's the deal: Eight contestants will be chosen from those of you who express your desire to participate. Each of the eight contestants will write a chapter one of their own choices. Chapter one can be about anything. They can be funny, deep, horror, whatever. Each story will be rated, and the one with the highest overall rating will be selected as the true chapter one.
Then, each of the eight contestants will write a chapter two which will advance the storyline of the chapter one winner. The contestant who writes the highest rated chapter two story will become the round two winner, and round three will advance his/her storyline addition to chapter one.
The series will last until the story is over, and I'm hoping for 25 or more chapters.
The contestant who writes the most winning chapters will be the winner, and they'll win absolutely nothing but bragging rights. It should be fun, though.
