Its Thursday. I'm hungover. Leave me alone.
Gibson Les Paul 59' reissue (me)
Gibson Les Paul Custom Shop
American Strat, gorgeous wood finish with Texas Specials
In this picture, I think we're all jammin on Strange Brew by Cream.
We're trying to form a band with 3 lead guitarists, Lynyrd Skynyrd style. (See also: The Outlaws)
Boston area bassists/drummers/keyboard(ists)(?!?) who enjoy Southern Rock and Blues wanted!
Rock on!

Dude, the world doesn't appreciate 3 lead guitars anymore. Hell, most kids these days don't even appreciate guitars. I don't know about you, but that makes me sad. It is a beautiful sounding instrument, especially in groups of 2 or more.
Good luck with the band and if you hit it big, keep this in mind:
"They're gonna take me out to California gonna make me a superstar
Just pay me all of my money and mister maybe you won't get a scar"

Yea that sure is purty... I only recently found out about Korean made fenders as well. But it does look similar. Thats not my strat, its a buddies, and hes got the Bird's eye Ash neck and everything just like yours.. I'll have to ask him about it.. I think it even came with the seymour duncs.. he just put in his Texes Specials because he loved em so much.

Your strat guitar looks a lot like my baby... http://fender.com/products/search.php?partno=0265002521
It's a Korean (until I bought it I didn't even know Fender made Korean guitars), has an awesome wood finish, Seymour Duncan pickups, and plays incredibly. It has an interesting neck profile...it's not a C, but it's definitely not a V either. It's like a more rounded V I guess.

Interesting, even though you old foagies all play blues rock and play on gibsons, fenders, and marshalls.
I've got an ENGL Powerball and a Peavey 5150 both sit on 5150 4x12s...
1980 les paul standard, black with cream bindings, chrome hardware. Dimarzio super distortion in the bridge and bill lawrence L-500 in the neck.
Early 90s ibanez satch prototype guitar, its got a dimarzio evoltuion in it, however its made for a triple coil. I painted it Blue to purple fade myself.
Two mexican strats, 1990 and 2003, one has EMG DG-20 set and the other is stock as of now.
Customized strat: Floyd rose, EVH 2-tone stripe paint job (Black with Candy Apple stripes) slanted SD SH-4 and a hotrail in the neck, custom neck with a full scallop on the fretboard and EVH scheme painted headstock as well. Chrome hardware.
Late-80s squier loaded with EMG-81s..
I'm too fanatical about music for being 17. Thats what happens when you give someone so young a full time job and nothing to spend money on besides girls and guitars. but I do have all I need.

I use Marshall cabs with Soldano amplification.. it screams if you want it to.
--------------
VERY, VERY NICE!!
I like the Soldano stuff... I used to use JUST Boogies for a number of years, recently I "geared down" ...(got married) and sold it all, I bought a silly little Marshall SVT50 head thing... it's like a better valvestate or something...
WITH a lot of tweaking it sounds like my old JCM800 heads... I was amazed!
--
Nice! ..I was looking at JCM heads for a while, they are so nice. When I graduated College, I was GIVEN an old Soldano head (I forget the year it was made, but the point is they don't make them like it anymore) as a graduation present, so I was pumped about that. I took the cash I was saving for JCMs and put it towards my 25th anniversary strat.

I inherited a bunch of money a while back, and the source of my inheritance was a musician in his day, so I expanded my collection in his honor.
I have that 59 reissue (my baby)
25th anniversary strat
A Mexi strat
Taylor 714ce
Gibson Chet Atkins
A fender mandolin
An old school banjo
and a '78 fender bass

Sold the red Ibanez too which wasn't so sad... mind you it had a nice action, good to practice on.
I want an ES-335 now. I quite like 'Lucille' (BB King's)
Till I make a decision on one I shall stick with the Fender accoustic.
