I'd loot if I was them, any sensible person would. If I was stuck in that apocalyptic hell whole, with no help or end in sight, my house either gone or filled to the attic with toxic sludge, and my family starving or died, the last thing on my mind is weather my actions are going to be poo poo'ed on by the moral police.
