So I went to the first showing tonight of Matrix: Reloaded. The movie wasn't half bad and was just beginning to get really good when the lights went out and sirens came on. Then there was a voice over a speaker claiming that an "emergency has been reported. please proceed to the nearest exit in a calm and orderly manor"....WTF?
So everyone (in six theatres) begins to go outside. As almost everyone is outside (in the pouring rain, we hear another announcement that this is a false alarm and everyone can come back inside. As everyone is trying to squeeze back inside, the fire dept. pulls up and runs in.
So, 45 long minutes later we learn that lighting hit one of the air conditioners on top of the building and they couldn't get the alarms to reset, or the power to come back on.
Half a movie, some extremly wet clothes, and very pissed off, I am finally home unsatisfied and bitching on Uber.

Something like that happened when I went to see 'The Sixth Day'..the film broke and everybody got comp'ed.
I didn't see any people camping out here, but I did see some people dressed up. Thats just several different kinds of sad

i am sorry that happened and you should go see the movie because it is pretty good but hte ending is kind of annoying.

You didn't camp out for this did you? I saw on the news this morning that people were camping out. People this is not a concert, ball game, or live show it's a MOVIE.

yea...they comped everyone's tickets...all six theatres...sucks to be somebody. Anyways, I posted this at the same time someone posted a review of the matrix....sorry for the double post everyone.
