I woke up in the early afternoon, still drunk as hell from the previous night. Unfortunately, I could not mask the stench of defeat from the night before. The Buckeyes had lost. My life was over.
I drove back home to my house, and watched the Cleveland Browns stumble through yet another disgusting failure. At least I wasn't dumb enough to go to the game.
The night brought all the fun. I watched the Cleveland Indians thoroughly pound on the Minnesota Twins like the bitches they are. Backed by outstanding pitching by Cliff Lee and the best bullpen in the majors, the Indians bombed Carlos Silva and washed up Joe Mays for 10 runs in the first two innings.
Needless to say, a Tribe victory is exactly what I needed to make the weekend less miserable. With this win, the Indians keep the wild card lead and move closer to the AL's best Chicago White Sox.
Here's Victor Martinez slamming out a 2-run bomb off Carlos Silva in the first.
Bring on those slumping White Sox.

i took two shits today. one for each win the browns will somehow pull off this year.

the buckeyes make me impotent.
i was so happy to see the tribe win these past few games. cliff lee can't be stopped.
it's amazing how few people around cleveland know about the tribe. hopefully more people around the country will start to realize how much collective ass the indians kick.
hopefully, some of the lawyers in the firm don't use their tickets in the next few months (and i can get the leftovers for free).
free tribe tickets? yes please!
