It's nice to know that George Bush Jr. has taken charge down in New Orleans, and by accounts he's doing a fine job. Aparrently he's in charge of bringing the sunscreen, making sure everyone on the boat wears their life jackets, and he is also responsible for making sure the whitehouse catering staff make enough box lunches each day. In fact, in the past two days, his father has even let him steer the boat - TWICE. So don't tell me they aren't making progress down there.
