I went to a "Wear Anything But Clothes" party last night. A good 125 people came in through the door during the night. Anyhow, about 20-30 drunk college girls went topless and had their breasts painted up. About 10 were wearing nothing but duct tape. There were various other outfits, but these made me smile the most.
