tee hee. i'm having a lot of fun in this class...
for those of you that don't follow, this teacher lets me do pretty much whatever i want, and i get to have a lot of fun making random PS stuff. here, enjoy today's project...

stay away from the lens flare filter, it will only bring pain and suffering.

ok, some things about this picture:
first, the taxi is floating because the taxi and building are on a different layer from the background, and i used the wrong brush when quickmasking them so that parts of them disappeared. i know, i'm a whore.
second, all the crazy stuff you see sticking off of the laser is there because i only used the magic wand tool. as i've said, i was short on time.
lastly, you know you love my lighting effects. custom cast shadows, inner shadows and a global omni light, you can't go wrong!
