Berty you are wrong. It doesn't matter what lane you are in -- you have to stop.
If there is no median, then people moving in the opposite direction also have to stop.
This post could have included a witty story and/or carnage of various pleasing sorts, so I'm only giving it a +1 because people from Jawja (like myself) need to be edumacated regularly.

Here's one: On my way home today, I'm stopped behind a school bus, when I observe everybody on the opposite side of the median also stop. I became so enraged at this display of blatent retardedness of georgia drivers, that I got out of my car, and took everyone's driver's liscence(sp?) at gunpoint for being stupid. Then I ran them all over with their own cars to teach them a lesson.
There's your fucking story hick.

Your picture is wrong, sick and wrong. You've got the car in the inside lane stopping, it's only traffic in the outside lane that has to stop because the bus is in the way.
