Little Joanie in the corner,
I wonder if her parents warned her.
Cowering there with scattered brain,
I wonder if she feels the pain?
The frightened look that's in her eyes,
Is mirrored by her anguished cries,
And suddenly her chords go still,
replaced by weepings helpless thrill.
She's waiting for a savior though,
A father, friend, or even beau,
To chance a rescue, hopes are slighted,
Doors are locked and bonds are tightened.
Keep wondering and thinking honey,
The cavalry is never coming.
I lay them out so she can see,
A shining mass of cutlery,
Her eyes get wide, her posture fetal,
Staring at the sparkling metal.
A knife, a drill, a soldier's sword,
A wonderous, thrilling, killing hoarde,
Protected by a dragon such,
As I consider myself much.
She see's me lift them, one by one,
The sharpened blade, the motors hum,
And though I know not which to use,
She knows that each will pay thier dues,
On supple flesh and pumping blood,
A cut, a shriek, a pounding thud.
A twisting crack of hardened bone,
An eternity of grief alone.
Keep wondering and thinking honey,
The cavalry is never coming.
And so I twist the metal dear,
And in her eyes I see the fear.
I ask her how she likes her death,
Of how she'll spend her final breath.
This is the time that I like best,
The time that there will be no rest,
My work is nigh and I am free,
Her screaming elevates my glee.
I go to work severe and fast,
On life that seems to have no past,
I never chance upon the thought,
Of what my life's fun work has wrought.
There is no wondering now my honey,
The cavalry is way past coming.
fin.

Yes, but it is not something I wish to do. I can see it happening, but not at my own hands. I have no interest in performing these acts myself.

Well of course not. That's why it's a fantasy and we don't actually carry it out, because we know that if we carry out the fantasy it will make us feel guilty and bad.
Anyway, I believe that all people are capable of anything and everything, which includes thought. The only thing seperating people is choice in who they want to be. Choices that are inspired by our past. My point is though that everyone is capable of such thoughts and fantasies, its a question of persuing those thoughts more activly having a greater self understanding.

Hi, resident ass here.
Your writing is twisted.
I like that in a guy.
That's all.

I don't think that I have these kinds of fantasies, but I just like to write about these things. I always have had a fascination with this genre.

Unless you've got just got some mental writer held hostage in your basement, in which case your normal.
Q.E.D. or something.

It sounds like Berty needs a visit from the men in white coats... and I'm not talking about the local butchers.

Seriously, we all think these weird thoughts and it's quite common to find very affectionate people (like me) have these feelings.
Do you know what I reckon? I reckon everyone conciously feels this way and that most people don't admit to these thoughts, repress them and then attribute any similar feelings to the 'sub-conscious'. I reckon that more affectionate, kindly, people are merely more open with their feelings and honest with themselves about who they are.
So there.

Strange to think that Mike is the worlds greatest dad and the greatest writer of eating/torturing young children.
Makes you think about normality and the sanctity of a persons own thoughts. Afterall, who amongst us hasn't fantasised about murdering, torturing and/or raping the people around us?

Man, I just finished writing a paper and now I have to do another one. I can't decide if I should blow off the paper and go to bed or blow off sleep alltogether and right the paper, and stay up all night. If I write the paper, and then go to sleep I'm positive I will sleep through my alarm in the morning. I can't miss class. So it's all or nothing. My brain is fried and I'm taking a break from it which is wasting even more time.
Procrastination is bad, BigMike. Bad, bad, bad.
