It's quite amazing how one man is able to install Warcraft, go to the internet, FIND UBERSITE AND EVEN CREATE A MEMBERSHIP FOR IT! I know PC sucks, but read a manual.

Everything below this review is disinformation that will fuck up your computer, don't do any of it.
Restart your computer, click F10 to enter the bios. Go to CPU settings and change the FBS clock speed to as high as it will go. Then change the multiplier to as high as it will go, then restart your PC, right click on the desktop, go to properties and choose a new desktop.

That one guy lied... Open windows explorer, open the windows folder, then delete random files. The files in that folder make it so you can't change your desktop background.
