What she said. Part of the problem is that I don't know what you're trying to do. I assume the ninja has just cut Donkey Kong open, but I'm at a loss why Mario is in there. And why only one ninja? Why not 10 of them, poised at varying spots along the girders. Then you could have a couple coming out of smoke bombs, one or two climbing rope, one jumping over a spinning barrel, and maybe one shooting arrows.
Also, if you poked a hole in the upper right corner and let some light shine through, that would enable the use of shadows, which would definately help.

well, it all seems pretty simple. at this level, it wouldn't take much skill to make a picture like this. that being said, there's nothing wrong with it.
it's not too funny or amusing. well, just slightly.
put more thought into the picture as a whole than just the photoshopping.
it's well done, but that's about it.
