Call it Fotomontage. Call it what you want.
I took the two pictures myself (CANON EOS20D;SIGMA EF18-125;F8.0;1/320 and EOS20D;CANON EFS17-85;F7.1;1/100; both with ISO 100) at different perspectives.
I merged the two pictures with GIMP 2.2
Then I added some (only very little) lighting effects with Photoshop CS2.
And there are two rainbows in this picture. Find them.

One is clearly coming out of the smoke stack type structure on the left building.
I believe the second is quite tiny, and underneath the left hand portion of the crane?
