So I think I've told some of you that over the past year, I have lost over 30lbs. While this is an exciting accomplishment, there's always more to do. For example, I would love to have a six pack but am not willing to commit to what that would take. For my age I think I am doing pretty good for myself and the ladies seem to like the new me. So the other day I was waiting for one of the olypical machines and was frustrated at the wait. Seems like this is a popular machine. I took a quit snapshot of the gentlemen who regularly use this equiptment. Here, take a look...
