1) I'm sorry that I tried to resurrect the competition. I was simply trying to pick up the ball that joedaddy had accurately described as "dropped".
2) I'm sorry that the D-Prime lackeys refused to participate.
3) I'm sorry that he is not going to count anything from your submissions. I believe his exact quote was "Waaaaaaaah. Me need ba-ba."
4) Not only won't they count, but then there's no forseeable timeline on when things will begin again. I'm sorry for that too. Apparently, you were all supposed to wait indefinitely until D-Prime got his shit together. Rad had decided that that was the best bet. Good call, Rad. Merlina and joedaddy have decided not to wait at all and have dropped out.

Now, there's some obvious sarcasm in those 4 "apologies", but they lead me to the one and only thing that I really am sorry about: WASTING YOUR TIME.
I was thinking that D-Prime would just pick it back up when he came back. You know, exhibit a little teamworking and Uber-community sharing, but that's too humble for him to accept.
I mean, after all, he named the fucking competition after himself!

Aight. D-Prime. When you created this comp the first time I thought, cool. something quick and easy. Second time came round and I thought, cool, first one was not too bad so here we go again. Then you fell off the face of the earth. X-cuses, for whatever reason decided to do your work for you to carry on the comp. Cudos to him. You suddenly/finally come back and become a big giant stinky douchebag (two words or one? Douche bag?) about the whole deal and scared off the remaining participants and negated all that we wrote. Fine. I entered this because I find it's easier for me to come up with something when someone hands me a title, and I enjoy writing. I doubt I'll participate in your show again though. nothing personal I just think the disappearance during the comp, the reappearance, and subsequent dismisal of the whole thing was just plain crass and stupid.

DUDE, don't be a baby. Just compile the results and continue to Round 3. It took you, what?, 3 weeks to even show up again?
I already said that you could take over when you came back.
IF you nullify this Round Two,
1) People will be pissed, and may not play anymore, &
2) I'll continue to Round 3 based on these results, regardless of what you do (which will confuse people).

I agree. I dropped out because he said "maybe he'd start it again, maybe not" wtf?
I really have better things to do with my time than wait on him. I don't need to win a 'competition' and was happy rnough that people liked the post I wrote. Thats good enough for me. And I'm not THAT dedicated to Uber to sit and wait for it to be honest.

Actually, part of the point of most of my posts so far is to point out some of the stupid shit that goes on at this website. I certainly think that people trying to hard to "be" someone here fits into that.
