What the fuck is a "Scooter Libby"? You Americans are fucked - you let people named "Scooter" hang around the White House, and then freak out when he fuck something up. In Canada, people nicknamed "Scooter" are quickly ushered into janitorial apprenticeship programs, specifically designed to keep these fuckwits out of trouble.
Perhaps my angst conceals a greater frustration - anxiety over not having a clue NOR giving a flying FUCK regarding what "Scooter" did. I vaguely recall the wife of some US diplomat being "outed" as a CIA spy. Where? Did she get killed? I would imagine that the CIA would expect this to happen from time to time. Whats the big deal?
Why would Scooter do this on purpose? Who did he tell? Did he get ordered to do it? What benefit is there to be gained from any of this? Is he a North Korean android? How does this affect Bush?
WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON?!?!?
Look, I've read CNN, tried to understand what's going on, but this is just a recent event in a far longer, far more conveluded story of government slimeyness that I just don't understand.
Can someone please explain this to me like a bartender explains the drink specials to Shlongy - nice & slow, no big words, & try & make it interesting?
If I'm hating Amerikkka, I just wanna make sure it's for the right reasons.... if you fuckers had even HALF a brain in your head, you'd BEG John Grisham to take over the job of CIA Director. he has all sorts of great ideas, and I bet he'd only deal with people who have cool names.

It's easy for you to poke fun and make comments on the US isn't? Isn't it a fun thing to do? I mean, you ARE on an American website. A big gay American (Al Gore) 'invented' the internet. As far as I can tell, the "Scooter Libby" thing is a desperate attempt by the Democrats to destroy Bush the way the Republicans desperately tried to destroy Clinton with the Whitewater-real-estate-scandal- somehow-turned-into-Monica-Lewinski-blowing- Clinton-in-the-oval-office- and-Clinton-lying-about-it-gate.
In the early days of the War in Iraq, there was a reporter (can't remember his name) who said some really nasty things about Bush et al. Things like, "there are no WMD's, etc." Well, not so long after that, the wife of this reporter, who just-so-happened to be a diplomat/CIA spy was exposed AS a spy by Robert Novak, a conservative editorialist for one of the Chicago papers.
Oops.
But, WHO told Novack that she was a spy, and why?
Some people claim that the "Bush Whitehouse" was responsible for taking down the reporter's wife, to learn him not to mess with them.
But that's where thing started to get complicated or boring. "Scooter Libby" is, I think, one of Bush's attorneys, and he's being charged with obstruction of justice, perjury and several other charges, but I don't know if those are in regard to the original issue of the spy-leak or if they are for his role in the investigations concerning the spy-leak.
I'm actually pretty glad that someone posted this topic, because I'm really having a hard time caring, but I am wondering if our more vocal liberal scum Uberers do. If they do, I can't blame them, my team went nuts over Lewinsky.
