it's either fake, or the guy is on PCP.... i mean, i'm badass, but one good punch in the jimmy and i'm down for the count. standing there and taking a beating like that... and still standing during and afer it... i figure it's done real slow and gentle and the film was sped up.

Well there is obviously a pillow of some sort underneath the errection. Perhaps such a beating would cause them to swell up to that size, but I doubt it.
And it's not sped up, look at her hair swinging.
