And my guess would be the guy's face is #8. I can see a palette migration shifting colors, maybe even 'smoothing' the pixels in the peacock's tail, but altogether erasing the corner of the bald man's mouth?

Addressing changes from right to left:
1. No "S" in Dangerous
2. Monkey's head replaced with a slightly more evolved monkey's head.
3. No trumpet on left trumpeter.
4. No star in ornamentation under peacock.
5. No lamp in lower-right corridor (beneath eye).
6. No face/whatnot under dog prince's right paw.
7. No finial beside right trumpeter.
8. Rightmost female figure's hair (in lower-right frieze) seems to change slightly in hue/density, though this might just be caused by a transitiion between formats.
9. Spots appear to shrink on peacocko's feathers (again may be trick of the file formats)
10. Man (with midget on head) seems to undergo a mood swing (from near frown to straight-face).

No one is ever going to get this MJ. I'm the most observant person on this site and I only found 6.
Why you'd need to be some sort of genius like Forensicgirl or Caulaincourt or that uberererr who did that wack japanese puzzle with all the numbers in the 9x9 grid and about 15 of the 9x9's in a grid pattern that I couldn't even figure out what you had to do sort of thing.

Ok, here are the differences I can see.
The monkey's face has been substituted for a 'human' head.
The red star in the middle has been removed
The 's' in dangerous isn't there
Bottom right lamp has been removed
The figurine over the Michael is missing it's instrument
The face under the red dogs left leg is missing.
