Not nessecarily better, but they might load better for you. Kind of depends on your connection. Or maybe it just doesn't work right with Itunes. If you can, you might want to try it with WinAmp.
Anything with a bitrate over 64 lags a little on my computer when I'm doing something else. Could just be me.

Check the bitrate and the amount of people listening to that station. Higher numbers (For either might cause it to slow down. Try a station with a lower bitrate.
Oh I should have mentioned, you need WinAmp to use this.
