Who in the hell drives a grey car in the frozen fog at 7am without their headlights on? The dumbass that made me late for work, that's who.
The fucking genius is flying down the road in his Mazda GL (probably yanking his shit to the tune of Open Arms)and he decides to T-bone the car in front of me.
This kind of driving is a perennial problem in my fair shitty. Here in the Pacific Northwest we have an interesting thing that happens every 3 mos or so, season change. And every year the sheep that are our drivers are not prepared. This morning was no different.
I am sitting at the same intersection as every weekday with a smoke in my hand, a coffee
between my legs. The car in front of me starts to pull out and with a BOOM it becomes twisted metal and antifreeze. Now I too had checked left and right with the driver that was in front of me and saw no oncoming cars. So I too was completely unprepared for the collision.
"Ohhhhh fuck HOT coffee"
I jumped just enough to spill the cup all over mini me.
And let me say McDonalds has nothing on my coffee machine.
So not only was I late for work but my pants looked like I'd pissed myself.
So not much different than most mornings

Wait a sec, was that the accident that happened up on the Newport highway the other morning? One of my friends got sideswiped when two other people got in a wreck up there the other day. (It's kind of bullshit to get your car totalled when you weren't even part of the freakin' accident.)
On another note: Why the hell are the drivers in this town so bad? They aren't rude or angry or anything, like most places, they're just plain stupid.
